What is SOT/Anti-Sense Therapy?

SOT stands for Supportive Oligonucleotide Therapy, previously known as Anti-Sense Oligonucleotide Technology. SOT is a therapy created by RGCC (Research Genetic Cancer Center - click here for info). Over the past two decades, Anti-Sense Oligonucleotide Technology has emerged as a valid approach to selectively modulate gene expressions in various targets. The recent acceleration of science and the ability to identify new molecular targets for cancer, Lyme and other viruses, has driven new advances in this technology.

What happens after my blood is drawn?

Your blood is sent to the RGCC laboratory in Greece.RGCC identifies the genetic sequence (gene epitope) of the targeted replication genes. They cross-reference these sequences with an international database for accuracy, achieving 98% specificity to the virus, bacteria, or cancer.

How is the SOT therapy created?

RGCC splices the replication genes (sense strand) and creates a complementary anti-sense DNA sequence. This anti-sense DNA is surrounded by synthetic messenger RNA, enabling it to penetrate target cell walls with 99.9% specificity. RGCC then replicates 500 million to 1 billion copies of your unique SOT molecules. These are sent to our office for your one-dose IV treatment.

What does SOT do inside the body?

Once administered, the SOT molecules travel through your cells and attach only to targeted cells, working for up to 6 months crossing the blood brain barrier and joint spaces. They shut down the replication of viruses, bacteria, or cancer without affecting other cells.

Is SOT a genetic or immune therapy?

Not to the human genetics but instead acts like a hired "hitman" to the targeted organism. SOT Uses ImRNA to influence gene expression of the targeted pathogen, but does not alter genetic structure of the host. SOT is not immune therapy; it doesn’t trigger the immune system, but targets only the genetic code of the virus, bacteria, or cancer.

Will my immune system recognize SOT molecules?

No. SOT molecules are among the smallest substances in the body and are undetected by the immune system.

Are there any direct side effects?

Some patients experience cold/flu like symptoms within the first 1-3 weeks of SOT therapy but nothing more than they've already been experiencing. Other patients report feeling an immense weight lifting off of them within days to weeks after their treatment. SOT is one of the safest and least harmful modes of treating Lyme, viruses, and cancer, to even the most sensitive patients.

Why might I feel worse after SOT?

Lyme bacteria suppresses the immune system. As SOT works, your immune system “wakes up” and starts fighting other pathogens "bugs" in your body. This immune response varies but is usually well-tolerated. Feeling worse can be a positive sign that Lyme is being cleared and your immune system is functioning properly for the first time in years. Additionally, SOT is the most gentle form of Lyme treatment, in comparison to herbs & pharmaceuticals.

How many doses of SOT will I need?

SOT works to eliminate the targeted bacteria/virus/cancer. Additional doses may be needed for co-infections or, in rare cases, re-infection with Lyme disease/ or targeted disease assessed individually.

What do I need to avoid before and after the blood draw and SOT infusion?

Patients must stop all antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-parasitic medications or therapies 14 days before the blood draw. This includes antibiotics, antiviral medications/herbs, and IVs like Vitamin C or Ozone. Note: Detox supplements (e.g., binders, glutathione, vitamin D, zinc) won’t interfere with SOT action and are allowed pre-SOT blood draw.

Pre-SOT:

Patients must stop the following 14 days prior to therapy: Antibiotics (oral/IV), Antiviral/anti-parasitic medications (oral/IV), IV Vitamin C, Colloidal Silver (oral/IV), H2O2 or Ozone IV, Natural substances targeting the same area as SOTPost-SOT.

Therapies may resume 7 days after administration to ensure SOT effectiveness.

Day of Administration:

No other therapies are allowed on the same day as any RGCC therapy.
